Reliable Resources for Fellow Therapists and Recent Graduates
Here are some assessment tools I regularly use with clients for informative and supportive means (not clinical diagnosis), and trainings I can personally recommend. These are resources best suited to those who have or are studying psychology, therapy, sociology, or a related field. If you are not a therapist, and are seeking mental health assessments, please visit with a professional. Clinical diagnosis requires more than a testing tool.
This page is ever-evolving and I welcome suggestions from others! These aren’t paid endorsements, and I use what I recommend.
